Jason Shoup — President
Jason is a proud Herff Hawks parent and the newly elected PTO President for the 2026–2027 school year. He came to this role with one mission in mind — to rebuild community, restore trust, and make the Herff PTO the greatest resource this school has ever had. Jason believes that when parents and teachers are supported, students thrive, and he is committed to making sure every family feels welcome, valued, and connected this year. He is honored to lead this board and can't wait to show the Herff community what this year has in store.
Perot Saelao — Treasurer
Perot is a proud Herff Hawks parent with a background in analytics and a strong passion for supporting teachers, students, and parents. As Treasurer, he is focused on making sure every dollar the PTO raises goes right back into supporting our students, teachers, and school community. Outside of the PTO, you can find him biking his kids around town or finding his next book at the Boerne public library. Perot is excited to be part of a board that is committed to making a real difference at Herff this year!
Jenae Williamson — Secretary
Jenae is a proud Herff Hawks parent serving as PTO Secretary for the 2026–2027 school year. She is the organizational heartbeat of the board — capturing every decision, detail, and action item so that nothing falls through the cracks. Jenae is passionate about keeping the board accountable and making sure the work of the PTO is always clear, documented, and moving forward for the benefit of our Herff community.
Kristin Porter — Communications
Kristin is a proud Herff Hawks parent serving as PTO Communications Director for the 2026–2027 school year. She is the voice of the Herff PTO — keeping families informed, engaged, and excited about everything happening at our school. From the newsletter to social media, Kristin is committed to making sure no Herff family ever feels out of the loop. She believes a connected community is a strong one, and she is here to make that happen.
Alexandra Silva — Fundraising
Alexandra is a proud Herff Hawks parent serving as PTO Fundraising Director for the 2026–2027 school year. She is the driving force behind the events and initiatives that raise the funds our students and teachers depend on. Alexandra is passionate about creating fundraising experiences that are fun, meaningful, and worthy of the amazing Herff community — because doing good and having a great time should never be mutually exclusive.
Stephanie Aubuchon — Membership
Stephanie is a proud Herff Hawks parent serving as PTO Membership Director for the 2026–2027 school year. Her goal is simple — make every Herff family feel like they belong in the PTO. Stephanie is focused on growing our membership, removing barriers to participation, and making it as easy as possible for families to get involved and stay connected. She believes the more voices we have at the table, the better this community becomes.
Lexy Cliver — Events
Lexy is a proud Herff Hawks parent serving as PTO Events Director for the 2026–2027 school year. She is the creative energy behind the moments that bring our school community together — from teacher celebrations to school-wide events that families look forward to all year long. Lexy puts her whole heart into every event she touches and is committed to making sure each one feels special, welcoming, and worthy of our Herff Hawks community. She has big things planned and can't wait for you to experience them.
