Our Mission

The Herff Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization committed to strengthening, enhancing and encouraging the educational and social environment of Herff Elementary.

Our Goals 

1. To promote the welfare of children in the home, school, and community.
2. To bring into a closer relationship the home and school, so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of our children.
3. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts that will secure for every child the highest advantages in academic, physical and social education.
4. To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.

The Herff Elementary PTO is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. All contributions are 100% tax deductible (in excess of the fair market value of the goods or services received in return). Donation receipts will be provided in circumstances where a tax deduction may be claimed.  Our tax ID number is 83-4425412.
