The Herff Elementary PTO is made up of parents, guardians, teachers, and community members who share one common belief — that this school is worth showing up for. Every single day, our staff pours themselves into 567 Hawks. Membership is how families pour right back.
When you join the PTO, you're not just writing a check. You're planting a root in this community and helping every Herff Hawk reach a little higher.

PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization — and at Herff, it's the engine behind the experiences, programs, and moments that make this school more than just a building.
We partner with administration and staff to create a school environment where students thrive, teachers feel celebrated, and families feel like they truly belong. We plan events, raise funds, and show up — for the kids, for the staff, and for each other.
🎉 What Does the PTO Do?
A lot — and we couldn't do any of it without our members. Events we plan and staff:

- 🍩 Donuts with Grownups (4x per year)
- 🌲 Boerne Outdoor Academy

Programs we fund that go beyond the school budget:
