We want you here. Every volunteer who walks through Herff's doors makes a difference for our Hawks — and we mean that. But before you can join Doc's Flock on campus, Boerne ISD requires one simple step: a volunteer background check.

It's a one-time process that helps us protect every student in our building. We know you'd want nothing less.

• ⏳ Allow 7–10 business days for processing — so submit early and be ready to hit the ground running when events arrive.

📌 One important note: Volunteers who haven't been cleared cannot participate in on-campus activities. We don't want to turn anyone away at the door — so take care of this now and you'll be good to go all year long.
